Engraving is a technique of cutting patterns into a surface with a sharp tool. Engraving adds a personal touch to your jewelry selection. James Avery uses both computerized engraving and manual machine engraving done by trained operators using a stencil to trace exact lines and designs with a diamond-point needle. Precision ensures our pieces are engraved to the best depth and size for each particular piece.

The cost of machine engraving is $1.50 per character with a $15.00 minimum per item. Be sure to check engraving as an option when you select your item. Shop now!

When monograming it is traditional to create the monogram as; First initial (small), last initial (larger and in the middle), and then the middle initial (small).
