Shipping Information:
- UPS Standard Delivery Service or USPS 1st Class - delivers your package within 5 to 10 business days from the time we ship.
- UPS Next Day P.M. - delivers your package by 7:00 pm the next business day from the time we ship.
- Overnight shipments are not delivered on weekends.
- *Delivery time to APO/FPO is for delivery to the APO/FPO processing center only.
Order Processing Information:
- Order Processing - Shipments are only processed on weekdays, orders taken on weekends will be processed the next business day. The delivery times listed are not guaranteed, notwithstanding expedited shipping methods, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift packaging and engraving, soldering, or customization of chain/leather cord lengths.
- *Orders, not requiring Special Services, placed after 12:00 noon (Central) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping.
- *Special Services, such as soldering and engraving will delay the delivery of your order up to three weeks for in-stock items.
International Orders
