Loses color
I bought this for my sister for her birthday not even a year ago. Her birthstone has lost its complete color. It is now looking grey/purple. We token it for multiple deep cleans and nothing has helped. The only ‘solution’ the store has given us was to purchase a new one for half the price. This does not solve why we are paying $140 for something of such terrible quality!
