I got my charm for Christmas and I had it on my necklace and the magnet came off in 3 days and then I got it fixed. Now I have it on my bracelet and after 2 days of getting my bracelet back the opposite magnet broke.

My boyfriend gave me this for Christmas and I love it! I’ve been wanting it for so long and it’s just beautiful when it’s on the charm bracelet!
I bought this one for for Valentine's day this year, turned out to be the perfect gift. However the magnetic part that holds it closed stopped working after a few weeks and I dont have my receipt so I can't replace it with a new one, but seeing the look on her face when she opened the little orange box was 100% worth it.

It’s super adorable but..
It’s really cute and I had been wanting this charm since it came out. The meaning of “Be My Honey” means a lot to me personally because that’s what my husband has been calling me since we got together in high school in 2000 at the age of 16. But... it wasn’t long until the magnet popped out causing it to no longer close. Took it back to the store and they replaced it, soon, and I do mean soon, like hours after picking it up the magnet fell out again! I’m not very careless nor rough with my bracelet, so I was surprised when it broke again. Anyways, sadly I had to return it and replace with another charm I had be wanting... it broke my heart. Also the store staff was super supportive and helpful!

My boyfriend bought this charm for me since I have the Queen Bee charm & I was so excited when I got it but after about a week of wearing it, it no longer closes & the bottom of the hive just hangs open. He lost the receipt even though he’s bought me probably 20 other charms at James Avery. I hope they let him exchange this one.
