My boyfriend bought this charm for me since I have the Queen Bee charm & I was so excited when I got it but after about a week of wearing it, it no longer closes & the bottom of the hive just hangs open. He lost the receipt even though he’s bought me probably 20 other charms at James Avery. I hope they let him exchange this one.
