Love it! Was given the charm holder necklace with a charm. It’s beautiful and not flimsy at all. There is no way I can bend mine easily. Very happy with the way it looks.
seems like quality is changing
and prices are going up. My dad has bought me a lot of james avery in the past 6 years when i received this with a charm, i thought he got it from walmart. i even asked the sales women if it was a JA item. sad that he passes and this is what happens to his hard work
Flimsy, bends if you just touch it
Bends if you just touch it. Flimsiest charm holder that also tarnishes quickly. Seriously think of buying ANY OTHER CHARM HOLDER than this piece of crap. Also the chain gets wrapped around the loop, twisted and occasionally you have to remove the necklace just in order to fix it. Being in a wheelchair and having an extremely annoying EXPENSIVE crap necklace, is almost as bad as being in a wheelchair. Huge regret spending $72 on something Walmart carries for $10. I am a quadriplegic- wheelchair bound and Absolutely cannot drive. By the time My husband was able to take me into the store to exchange the charm holder for a different one, I was 15 days too late past the “60 day exchange policy”. Honestly when you spend that much money, when you’re not asking for your money back, just for something you would enjoy wearing with your charms, they should exchange it... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU BUY A NEW PRODUCT THAT SUCKS!

Loop is too flimsy
I was very disappointed in this necklace. The loop is so thin and flimsy .. mine has been bent several times and is now nothing near the original shape. I don't even know how it is happening. Maybe just from getting caught on my clothes. Mine is long- maybe if I'd gotten a shorter chain - it would be less likely to get caught on things. Very disappointed. I've been wearing it for only about 2 mos.
