So I read that a 16in would go down to “upper middle chest” If that makes sense and I received mine (which was a tangled mess btw) and it’s literally like a choker. Super upset hopefully I’ll be able to send it back.

Had for years
I’ve had my chain for years! Holds up well! My hair gets tangled in it every so often but it’s not a bother.
So, I have had this chain for YEARS now and I love the charm I have on it, so I wear it often. Unfortunately, in the back, my hair is constantly getting stuck in the necklace. And I don’t mean just wrapped around it. I mean STUCK in the chain of the necklace to the point where the piece of hair that is stuck is most always ripped out of my head. Pretty sad, pretty painful. But I’m too cheap to replace it. I guess I can deal with a whole new layer of hair in the back of my head when I wear a bun....

Very Poor Quality
I've had this chain for two years MAX and it has broken TWICE now!
I just can't fathom paying half price for a brand new chain once a year. I really would like James Avery to help me out here, this is ridiculous.
