I got this for my birthday & in day 1, day 1 people it broke. I was just holding it. And when I went to exchange it not even an hour had passed & the same thing happened again! Literally not going back there to return it again.

I have been very pleased with each purchase from you,except this one could not see the design on the cross,very small chain and was very tangled right out of the box.

I really loved this necklace
I put on the necklace this morning (day 2 wearing it) and was straightening the cross. The cross broke loose from the chain. I didn’t pull hard at all!! The loop that connects the chain and cross isn’t soldered and should be. It is just pinched closed. The loop is way to small and fragile to secure the cross safely. Sadly, I am returning and doubt I’ll replace it for fear it will happen again and I lose the cross. I really loved loved this piece and truly disappointed.
