Dial Broke Off!
I wish I read the reviews! Haven't felt the dial loose and don't they do inspections whenever you turn in your bracelet or get another charm put on? It's only been a few months and the dial fell off! I didn't even realize until now. So i have no dial to fix the charm! Am I going to have to buy a whole new one to replace it? My boyfriend gave me this and the meaning behind it was sentimental but i don't want to buy a whole new one to replace it because the dial fell off. This charm should have been more secure. Not the quality i was expecting. I'm now wary of getting charms from James Avery!

I think it’s perfect ! I’m scared about the dial, is there anyway to weld it on so it stays? I don’t really NEED it to rotate ! Pls lmk :)

I LOVE this Charm, but...
when I first received it in the mail, I could not turn the dial at all. Took charm into JA store along with bracelet I wanted it soldered onto and they loosened up dial so I could easily move it and see message. Yay!!!
But, now it’s 3 1/2 weeks later and dial keeps coming off! Now I have read reviews and see dial has come off on others charm. Did theirs have to be loosened and then it came off, too?

This charm is beautiful and very detailed. I like the rotary dial messages.
My wife got me this charm as a present for Valentines Day, and I absolutely love it. I've had no issues with it, and have been proudly wearing it on my bracelet for almost three months now.
The charm is beautiful but the dial falls off literally within a week you have to be extra careful with this charm overall really nice I tried to return it and they wouldn’t give me a new charm all I had was paying half price for it !

TOO SMALL TO READ
I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY PARTNER AND SHE COULDNT EVEN READ THE LETTERS. THE DIAL IS TOO HARD TO MOVE. OVERALL SUPER ANNOYING AND KIND OF A VALENTINES DAY FAIL. WILL BE RETURNING IT.
I work for phone company and received it for Valentine's Day. It's perfect
My fiancé gave my this charm a week and a half ago. 4 days after putting it on my bracelet the dial fell off. I took it back to the store and they gladly gave me a new charm. Now 5 days later it fell off again. I love the charm but I'm very disappointed that i lost the dial twice in less then 2 weeks.
