Actually, I didn't end up with this
I bought this online and when I saw it in the store, I thought it was so small. The text on this page says it's 1/2" but the image showing the charm on a grid makes it look bigger. I'm glad I decided not to go with this charm and bought another. The people in the store had no problem with that, so the service was great.
I received this charm as a gift from my daughter in March 2019 and wear it on a James Avery bracelet. Today I discovered it missing from the intact bracelet. I hadn’t read these other reviews prior to a few minutes ago- after reading them- I see I am not the only one to have experienced this. So I did as was suggested and called customer service. The representative that I spoke to said that nothing can be done about this loss. I am beyond disappointed- all the way around. Don’t buy this item for a loved one! The loss can break a heart that formerly had wings!

My daughter recieved this charm from her grandmother this past Christmas. It was her first charm from her for her very first charm bracelet. She's only had it for 3 months, and she lost it today. She still has her other charms, but this one clearly broke from the actual charm! The soldered o ring is still attached with no gaps whatsoever. My daughter was so upset, she was crying and became sick at her stomach. She is very proud of her bracelet, as she's wanted one since she was 4, but I made her wait till she turned 10 right before Christmas. I'm so upset this happened to her.

My husband bought me this charm after my father passed away, it has fallen off my charm bracelet 4 times, when I went Back they recommended I buy A new bracelet, my other charms stay on and never have any issues. This time it fell off I wasnt Able to locate it, it means so much to me I’m just so heart broken.

Smaller than expected
After seeing this in the catalog, I went to go buy this charm and I was surprised how small it was. It was a disappointment in the size but the design is one of my favorites. it reminded me of a mini charm.
