a very special memento for a difficult time
My husband and I purchased this set before his most recent deployment. The jump ring on the set is good sized enough to be threaded onto his dog tags, so we both have them close to our hearts all the time while we're apart for the next year. These James Avery pieces are as high quality as all the others I have purchased, and the engraving came out perfectly. Tip: if you want several lines engraved on the back, have the salesperson pull several sets so you can find one where the JA mark is as low towards the bottom as possible...then all your words will fit without shrinking them too much. Highly recommended! :)
my little cousin and i share this piece we both are big believers in god and we know that he will be watching us forever so we bought these charms and had them put of our charm bracelets to know that no matter how far we are from each other god will always keep us close
My husband and I chose this for our One Year Anniversary. We never take them off! Something like this makes you feel special and wanted. On the back of ours we put "Year One"....Too cute. I love you David.
very important purchase
My boyfriend is getting deployed to Iraq next month. I wanted him to have something to symbolize my love for him and to make us feel close to each other while we are so far away from one another. So I purchased this and got both of them engraved and chains to wear them on.
Mizpah Set is truly special.
My husband and I wear our mizpahs all the time. The set was our anniversary gift to each other. They are a special bond between us. I've never seen such a unique and well crafted mizpah set. We love ours!!!
I am dating a man in the military and he was scheduled to deploy for 6 months so before he left I got the mizpah set and chains so that we would both have a constant reminder of each other over the long months ahead without being able to see or speak to each other. He loved it and wears it everyday underneath his uniform.
I love the Mizpah Set. I bought them for my boyfriend for Valentines Day and he loved them also. I recommend any guy or girl to buy this for their significant other for any occasion.
Before my son went into the Army in July 2007, I purchased him and his girlfriend the Mizpah set and chains to wear them on - in sterling silver. I was told by one of the sales ladies that my son could wear it while he is in the Army because it is a religious symbol. He and his girlfriend wear their charms everyday - hers on her James Avery chain and his with his dog tags. I think this was the most meaningful purchase I have ever made. They are both Christians and wearing them makes them feel closer together, even though they are 3000 miles apart, with God always watching over them.
