Frustrated with this bracelet
I've had a lot of JA jewelry, as have my teen girls. My husband gave this to me for Mother's Day and I had to replace it about 6 weeks later, one of the knots by the clasp came undone. JA exchanged (I had tossed the receipt as I've never had a problem with any of their jewelry. The sales associate wouldn't accept for exchange without it. I had to go get my bank statement showing the charge. That was frustrating). So I got a size smaller so that it would fit a little closer to my skin. Within a week the same knot had come loose. It's been sitting in my jewelry box. I won't purchase any of their knotted pieces for this reason.
