Purchased as a gift for my daughter's birthday. Picked up curbside due to COVID-19 store closures. I opened at home to take a look. The ring and clasp were tarnished, which is to be expected of silver, however, the bracelet should have been polished by JA prior to boxing for a customer. The green leather was yellowish in obvious places, it was not a consistent vibrant green. I was expecting a better quality of leather - this is the deal breaker for me. I will return the bracelet.

Sweet and simple
I really love this bracelet for its sweet and simple design. I’ve been wearing it almost every day since I received it. It goes well with all my casual attire. The charms move around freely and never get in the way. I’m handling it gently in hopes of keeping the leather in good condition. The other reviews did concern me, but I haven’t experienced any problems yet and it feels durable.
Worst JA product, I’ve owned
The letter has not worn well, I got it for my birthday in November (2018) and I had to stop wearing, it looks like chewed up leather. I tried to give it time to see if it was a faze in the leather but I had to finally stop wearing it. Breaks my heart bc all my JA comes from my children. I love all my other pieces!

My son wears this
My 8 yr old son has this and he loves it. He doesn’t even take it off. Since we know he wears it, we are going to get a charm for it. The only thing is the leather looks like it’s trying to rub off. But I think that’s what leather does when it breaks in.
I love this bracelet. I got it with 3 charms and love how it looks! Quality is great!
Purchased this bracelet and 2 charms. There is no way to attach the charms to the necklace. Useless if you can’t wear it when you receive it. It would have been nice if there were instructions included. Can someone contact me please?
