Themes: horses, Texas and/or San Antonio Spurs!
I LOL'd at reviewers who claimed this charm stabbed them. I've had mine 15 years and never had that experience. I like that the spur rotates. It that little touch that makes JA special :))
Love it, for adults
It's so realistic but has stabbed me a time or two. Not great for a kids charm bracelet
The charm is adorable and I absolutely love it, but the spur itself hurts horribly. It is extremely pointy and if you have a desk job, or kids, I don't recommend it at all... It literally leaves marks on my skin.
It's About To Get Western!
This has to be one of the most detailed James Avery charms I've ever purchased. The spur really moves!
It's the perfect addition to either your charm bracelet or necklace.
It's soldered near my cowboy had and my wagon charm.
Had to Have!
The Spur Charm has special meaning to me as it represents my hometown, which was named for La Espuela Ranch. It is big enough to wear as a pendant, so that is what I have chosen to do. I particularly like it on my JA Large Box Link neck chain because both pieces are so beautifully oxidized.
I have other jewelry renderings of spurs, but this one is by far the nicest and most detailed: from the scroll design on the heel band to the rowel that actually spins.
Just what my favorite girl wanted from her cowboy. Excellent made, realistic, authentic style and the rowel actually works.
