As soon as I put the earrings on my ears I got an

allergic reaction. This tells me it's not pure silver. I purchased this at the JA at the Austin Bergstrom Airport on my way home to England and I'm not sure I will be able to return the earrings.

I really like these but my earlobes had a painful reaction to these posts. Red and swollen. I have many rings from JA. My first earring and it’s not a good experience.

This is the second pair of James Avery studs that have turned my ears painfully green and crusty. I’m starting to question if they are being made with all sterling silver. I have other studs that have never done this to me so I know it’s not an allergy. I’ll be returning these.

The tiny sterling studs are precious, the perfect size if you have several piercings in your ear. I got the gold set as well and they are wonderful.
