Smooth purchase

"Jessica helped us with two different transactions & was super resourceful and nice. Our second purchase (this one) I only had the photo of the item but she was able to find the right one and gave us all the sizes to try. It was a smooth transaction and she was super sweet. Amazing customer service. Also got greeted at the front. Very welcoming"

My husband loved the look

"My husband loved the look of this bracelet on. But unfortunately the clasp was impossible for him to manage and very difficult for me to do for him. He ended up returning it. Too bad because it really is a nice men’s bracelet."

— ANGELICA D. (3/5)

Stunning bracelet! Very high quality,

"Stunning bracelet! Very high quality, I will always chose James Avery Jewelry when gifting!"

— GABRIELLA V. (5/5)

Beautiful bracelet!

"This is a beautiful piece! The only reason why I am rating it 4 out of 5 stars is because the end of the bracelet broke and wasn't able to be repaired because it's welded. However, JA replaced it for half of the price, so we greatly appreciated that way of solving the issue."

— ALICIA J. (4/5)

Great Birthday Gift!

"Great looking item, had a medium and it was to tight on my wrist so I exchanged for a large. The large is a little big but moves nicely on my wrist. I would suggest was a beautiful gift, but probably need to fit it before purchasing."

— CHRIS B. (5/5)
