We also collect data that you personally enter into our website, and data that you provide to our sales associates in James Avery retail stores or our mail order customer service associates. We may collect this information in connection with inquiries, purchases, promotions, catalog orders, email correspondence, and online registrations. We may also receive other information about you generated as a result of our interactions with you, information from third parties (such as social media services or joint marketing partners) and information that you may directly provide to us through any phone, mail, fax, email, online interactions, sweepstakes or any paper registrations that you submit. The information that may be collected includes personal identifiers, such as your name, profile name, or social media user name; mailing address; email address; phone number; IP address; any personal preferences you choose to provide; transaction details such as style, size, price, date, store; and inferences drawn from any of the above.
