"Charm is dull and not shiny, has black marks on it. I took it back so the store could polish it and try to get the black marked out. I’m guessing it was made that way. I ask the person at the counter if I could see another New Mexico charm with no luck supposedly that was the only New Mexico one in the store so we looked at other state charms and most of them had the black on them not happy with this charm at all."
