As a way of expressing our gratitude to those who serve, our country or our communities, we are pleased to offer a 10% in-store discount to military service members (both active and retired), first responders and members of the clergy. Simply bring a valid ID from the list below and present it when making an in-store purchase. This offer is currently not available for orders on JamesAvery.com or through Customer Service.*

Please note: we do not honor Consuela discounts or coupons. This applies both online at JamesAvery.com and in select James Avery stores that carry Consuela products.

*Our Military, First Responder, and Clergy Discounts are established for personal purchases and cannot be used for previous sales or the purchase of gift cards or services including engraving. Only one of these discounts may be applied and it cannot be used with any other offer, coupon, promotion or discount. Military service members include active and reserve members or veterans of the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, US Coast Guard, US Space Force, and the National Guard. Veteran includes all individuals who are retired from the US armed forces or who have received an honorable, honorable condition, or general discharge. “First responders” include police officers, sheriffs and deputies, state troopers, firefighters (paid and volunteer), nurses, medical doctors and other law enforcement and/or emergency medical services personnel.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any such discounts (or any customer’s use thereof) in our sole discretion (including cancellation of any pending or unfulfilled order) based on product availability or evidence of misuse, such as use of any discount to purchase our products with the intent to resale. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Fraudulent Websites & Counterfeit Products

Everyone likes saving money. We're all looking for great deals and the lowest prices on things we love, but if you encounter coupons, online coupons, discounts, discount codes on any James Avery jewelry being offered for a price too good to be true. There’s a good chance it’s a fraudulent offer being made by a third party. Such unautorized third parties use our name, branding and images to convince you their offers are real, but please be wary. Misspellings in the company name or URL are often a good indicator that a website is fake and selling fake products. Other possible signs that a product is fake include a lack of a stamp, poor quality or a lack of a return policy. We believe many of these websites are attempting to obtain credit card and personal information with no intention of shipping jewelry.
