• What is the James Avery Charm Event?

  The James Avery Charm Event when you purchase two charms and/or pendants and get an eligible charm holder FREE (up to $89 value). It’s a great time for you to start or grow your collection or find meaningful gifts for family and friends!

• How does the Charm Event work?

  Add two charms (and/or pendants) to your cart, along with an eligible charm holder. The Charm Event’s $89 off will be applied automatically at checkout. For charm holders below $89, only the value of the holder will be applied. See more details here.

• Do I have to buy two charms to qualify for the Charm Event?

  Yes, to receive the Charm Event offer, your purchase must include two qualifying charms, a charm and a pendant, or two pendants.

• Can I only get a charm bracelet or necklace free during the Charm Event?

  We do have other FREE charm holder options beyond charm bracelets and necklaces. You can choose an eligible dangle ring or anklet as your charm holder. You’ll receive up to $89 off towards an eligible bracelet, necklace, anklet or dangle ring. If the eligible holder is priced under $89, the savings will equal that holder’s value.

• Do pendants count toward the Charm Event offer?

  Yes, pendants count towards your FREE charm holder!

• Which bracelets and necklaces are eligible for the Charm Event?

  You can find all the FREE charm holder styles here. For eligible bracelets, necklaces or dangle rings priced under $89, you’ll receive that item’s value only.

• Can James Avery add new charms to my bracelet after purchase?

  Yes, first-time solders of our charm are complimentary! However, please be aware that soldering wait times may be longer during the Charm Event due to increased demand.

• How do I make sure my charms come attached/soldered to my new charm bracelet, anklet, necklace or dangle ring?

  To add a charm/s to a charm holder, please select “Pick A Holder” when on the charm’s product details page. Our Create Your Own tool will then guide you through the process of attaching your charms. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Service team is happy to help.

• Where can I shop the James Avery Charm Event?

  The Charm Event is available at JamesAvery.com, in James Avery retail stores, through James Avery Customer Service, and at Dillard’s and Von Maur locations.

• How long does the Charm Event last?

  The Charm Event is valid from July 6, 2026, through August 3, 2026, while supplies last.

• Can I buy online and pick up my Charm Event order in store?

  Yes, many of our stores allow you to order online and pick up in-store. Availability does vary by location. You can see if your local store offers in-store pickup here.

  The Charm Event is only valid July 6, 2026, through August 3, 2026, and cannot be applied to prior purchases.

• What happens if a design sells out during the Charm Event?

  All designs are available while supplies last during the Charm Event.

• Do all qualifying items need to be purchased in the same order?

  Yes, when placing an online order, you’ll want to make sure that you have two charms and/or pendants in your cart, PLUS your charm holder. The Charm Event savings are then automatically applied during checkout.
