Earring malfunction
"I had to exchange these earrings twice. I purchased them for my mother’s birthday. You cannot get the backs off. The first time I exchanged these earrings the post on one earring was crooked and bent. I took the second pair back for the same reason. It’s way too hard to take the backs off. I had to purchase two new backs that were smaller. The earrings can now be worn, but it took two times to get it right. I have bought James Avery jewelry for over 50 years and never had a problem until now."
