"It's a beautiful necklace. I love the heavy chain and simple design. Unfortunately the heart pendant is constantly flipping so that the back side shows, and I have to readjust it throughout the day, sometimes having to take the necklace off to get the ring that holds the pendant to hang right. I think the heart is just not heavy enough to get that ring to sit properly when the necklace is being worn."

"*I received this necklace as a gift from my husband and LOVED it! The chain is thick. The heart is the perfect size. I am a huge JA fan and have tons of their jewelry. This piece would have been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the heart hung sideways. It was odd. When I put it on, it was straight, but within minutes it turned. Maybe it was just some oddity in the necklace I received or possibly the chain portion twisted in a way that caused this, I don’t know. I tried to fix the possible twist, but didn’t get it right. I chose to return it. For some, this might not be a concern. Jewelry moves as you move, but I’m sort of a perfectionist and wanted the heart front and center :)"
