In-store returns and exchanges
- Bring the items you wish to return in new or unused condition with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our Associates will assist you with your return. If you're making an exchange, they can ensure your fit and size.
Please note: returns and exchanges for James Avery products are not accepted at Dillard’s, Army and Air Force Exchange Service locations or airport locations (i.e., stores located inside airport terminals). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Begin your return/exchange
An item may be returned or exchanged as long as it complies with the policy below.
Complete the Return & Exchange Form you received with your shipment.

Print and affix the created return label, as well as the
"Return ID Label" located on the front of the packing slip, to the outside of your package. Be sure to include the filled-out Returns & Exchange Form with your package to help expedite your return/exchange.
Ship your package using the options available on the label instructions. Please allow up to 10 business days from delivery for processing.
