Due to social distancing we are experiencing longer than normal processing times on returns. Please allow up to 15 days for processing once we’ve received your return.
We stand behind our jewelry and accessories and want you to be satisfied with your James Avery Artisan Jewelry purchases and experiences. We will always strive to take care of you by treating you fairly and honestly.


All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. For items purchased directly from James Avery, all returns made within 365 days, in new and unused condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase will be credited to your original method of payment. If we agree to issue a refund with no receipt or proof of purchase, the current retail price will be credited to a James Avery gift card.

James Avery products purchased through another retailer such as Dillard’s or AAFES may be exchanged for another product or returned for a James Avery gift card at any James Avery retail location if the items are in new, unused condition and you have a receipt.

An item may be returned or exchanged as long as it complies with policy above. For all returns, exchanges, and product care services we recommend you ship your merchandise using UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail. Please insure all items for the full retail price and enclose your name, address, daytime phone number and email address. We offer minor alterations on most of our items, refurbishing and sizing at a reasonable fee.

HANDBAG CARE AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

All handbags are crafted from premium-quality Italian leather which has been treated to make the inside of your bag water resistant and more durable. For best results follow these simple care guidelines.
  • Limit exposure to direct sunlight and heat.
  • Keep the outside of this bag dry and avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
  • The inside of this bag is water resistant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
We offer a one year warranty on our handbags and small leather goods for manufacturing defects only. Bring your damaged handbag to your nearest store for shipping or ship your bag directly to us for assessment using UPS, FedEx or U.S. mail. Please insure all items for the full retail price. We will replace the handbag if inventory is in stock. If not, we’ll provide a James Avery gift card for the full amount of the handbag to be used in any James Avery store or at JamesAvery.com.
