Dissatisfied w/JA for the 1st time
Not the craftsmanship James Avery is known for. I’ve been a long time customer and have numerous pieces and have never been disappointed with the quality. This is my first gold piece from JA, I’m assuming that gold is not their forte! The silver necklace has the black patina in the groove, the gold does NOT. The necklace I received has the patina however it is NOT throughout the entire groove. JA policy says you cannot return engraved items. How will you rectify this situation JA?
