Love the necklace however
I love this necklace bought one last year for one granddaughter it was great no problems. Bought one this week for another granddaughter and I had to spend almost 30 minutes getting it untangled. So something is very different from last year to this year
Love this necklace in 14k gold. Elegant, timeless, classic and well made. Looks much prettier in person.

Oh and also not to mention that the necklace itself is crooked so if your someone like me that just wants it to sit in the middle of your chest it doesn’t it hangs to one side very annoying. Also I’m not one to write reviews oh anything so this should tell you something lol

DO NOT BUY THIS
I should of listened to the other view this necklace is horrible quality for it to be almost $ 500. I got it as a birthday gift from my family and decided that the 16 inch was too tight and so I took it back and got the 20 inch and they send it back to me with scratches and something black on the pendant . If your not going to perfect something don’t come out with it . I think it’s funny how there silver that cost less is better quality than there gold . Don’t waste your money .

Dissatisfied w/JA for the 1st time
Not the craftsmanship James Avery is known for. I’ve been a long time customer and have numerous pieces and have never been disappointed with the quality. This is my first gold piece from JA, I’m assuming that gold is not their forte! The silver necklace has the black patina in the groove, the gold does NOT. The necklace I received has the patina however it is NOT throughout the entire groove. JA policy says you cannot return engraved items. How will you rectify this situation JA?
