I like another reviewer have noticed the ring pulls my hair.
Disappointed in James Avery
I bought this ring the evening before mothers day. Stood in the line for 2 hours. I am from out of town and was anxious to get this ring! After buying it and wearing it out of the store I noticed it caught on my hair a few times and pulled it out. After a little while at dinner this was getting very frustrating. I decided swing back by the store on my way to the airport the next day and see if I could exchange it. The store personnel was less than accommodating. Told me that is the way the ring is made. What? The ring is made with prongs that don't sit on the stone so it pulls your hair out every time you run your hand in your hair? I could actually fit my fingernail under the prong. I don't think so. Then she said I could try to exchange it but I would have to stand in line again to even see if they had another one in the right size. I had a plane to catch and couldn't stand in the line again. (on another note I had driven by earlier and they were closed but I did see a women convince the store manager to open the door to her and do a transaction an hour before opening) By this time I was frustrated even more. The next day at home I chatted online with a rep and she heard by story and apologized and said they would happily exchange or fix the ring. I mailed it back to them after getting the prepaid envelope from them. I waited 3 weeks before if came back to me. And again the ring caught my hair. I contacted the same rep and she said they did in fact exchange it for another of the same ring. It happened to be the same top prong, or bottom depending on how you look at it. I can still put my finger nail under the prong. Maybe it is a different ring but if so then they need to take a look at this particular ring and fix the problem. Same person, 2 rings, same issue? The rep said I could return if for a refund. Sorely disappointed! I looked at this ring for many months knowing I was going to Houston and wanted to buy it. So now....many weeks later I have no ring. I guess I thought that James Avery would have tried a little harder to resolve this instead of just send it back for a refund. If I were the customer service rep that received the ring back and was going to send another one out I would have run it through my hair to see if it did the same thing.

Expected more from this company
This ring was beautiful, but after light wear it has become dull. The ring has also bent, not sure how this has happened. I take it off at night and work in a library.😐
- Hi Kristy, if you take the ring into your local James Avery store they can clean it for you and see what can be done to fix it! Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! - James Avery Team

Best Ring Ever
This ring is even more beautiful in person. I'm absolutely in love with it and can't wait to get matching pieces with this stone.
Beautiful ring !
I received this ring for Christmas from my husband and kids! It's perfect!
Great size and color
I just got this ring a few days ago, and I can't stop wearing it. Its color is so fresh, and the size of the beautiful stone is impressive. It goes so well with my other JA pieces, but it also just looks great on its own. It's a truly lovely ring; I'm so pleased to have it in my collection.
I received this as a Christmas gift and it is absolutely stunning. I love that it is so unique and the color can even look slightly turquoise depending on what it is worn with. I have many James Avery pieces and this is definitely my new favorite.
I just purchased this a few days ago and I believe it is much prettier in person. It is simple and elegant yet stunning. The gem is an impressive size, and I love the mounting and band. It has quickly become my favorite James Avery piece.
