My Alamo charm loop broke from the charm. I still have the loop that hooks to the bracelet, but no charm attached to the loop. Do not waste your money on charm that is soundly made. This was definitely my favorite charm, but not if its poorly made.
- Hi Lindsay, we're sorry to hear this! Please take your charm bracelet into your local James Avery store so they can see what may have happened. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! - James Avery Team
Exceeded my expectations!
Having been born and raised in San Antonio I wanted a charm to symbolize it. After eyeing it online I went into the store and bought it today. It is beautiful. It is much more heavy and durable than I thought it would be (based on just the picture), which made it worth the price for me.
My First Charm
I received this charm as a gift for graduation 3 years ago in memory of my grandmother who was a lover of all things Texas! I absolutely love how it stands out on my bracelet even after adding quite a few charms to it over the years. Will forever be my favorite.
Remember The Alamo!
I'd gotten this in the retired version which is much wider than this one, however, this one is very cute too.
I needed something with this width for my necklace and this was the piece I chose.
This one is particularly nice as it's two sided.
There are so many charms that can be Texas related which makes collecting along that theme very easy!
My first charm
Being a Texan now for just over a year, I have seen many ladies wearing beautiful charm bracelets. When I asked where they were purchasing them I was told James Avery. I decided it's time for me to start my bracelet, and being a San Antonian, what better charm to start off with. The quality and detail of this piece is outstanding.
Even better than pictured
The Alamo charm is even better in person. It is a substantial charm and the detail is impressive so such a small charm.
This charm is absolutely the most adorable and amazing one I own. (James Avery or otherwise!) I love that it has a back. I wear it all the time to help show my pride in being Texan.
