James Avery needs to address issue
I had these earring 1 month and the turquoise fell off the post. I wore them maybe 5 times. They were returnable, but the manager told me not to replace them because there were other returns for the same problem with this product. The earrings are gorgeous and they should be able to manufacture them so they work.

I loved these earrings and had them for a few years but the turquoise fell off the post. I took them to the store and was told this happens to turquoise sometimes. I could have paid $20 to send back or buy one earring only. I wasn't really happy with either option. I have been a James Avery fan for many years.

Extremely disappointed in quality
Purchased these in late October 2018 and have only worn a handful of times, and the post has fallen off the turquoise. I called James Avery and asked for a replacement and was told since it had been over 60 days, that I could mail them back at my cost and they would attempt to fix them but "couldn't guarantee anything." I have been a James Avery customer for 20+ years and this experience has changed my entire opinion on their quality and customer service.
