Extremely disappointed in quality
Purchased these in late October 2018 and have only worn a handful of times, and the post has fallen off the turquoise. I called James Avery and asked for a replacement and was told since it had been over 60 days, that I could mail them back at my cost and they would attempt to fix them but "couldn't guarantee anything." I have been a James Avery customer for 20+ years and this experience has changed my entire opinion on their quality and customer service.

I wanted something classic and simple yet a splash of color. These turquoise studs are the business! You can pair them so effortlessly with any of the small sterling or gold studs. Love it!
