First time soldering of James Avery charms is complimentary. To have a James Avery charm moved or re-soldered, there is a $5.00 charge for each sterling silver solder and $10.00 charge for each 14K gold solder

It’s frustrating to lose a favorite earring, but don’t worry. Our Earring Exchange Policy ensures that earrings in our current line remain as they were intended to be — a pair. Our Earring Exchange has two simple steps:
- Return your remaining earring.
- Purchase a new pair of earrings for half of the current price.
*Please note, this cannot be applied to retired earring designs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We offer both laser and hand engraving in several different styles on James Avery Jewelry, including any James Avery pieces you may already own.

Because we design, manufacture, sell, and service our jewelry, we are able to fit many of our bracelets, chains, and necklaces to size. Be sure to ask an Associate if your preferred design is available in other sizes.
We will enclose the jewelry you select in a protective pouch inside our signature James Avery coral gift box, and even add your personal message on an enclosed card – all at no charge.
