Consuela and James Avery have worked together to create an exclusive cloth print inspired by both brands. Experience the vivid colors and pretty florals of Consuela, but with scrolls, pretty florals and other design details we love at James Avery. Overall, we think this print is bright, happy and a joy to wear every day.
Enamel Consuela Charms
Our Classic Tote Charm and Floral Initial Charm are two new products inspired by our collaboration. Each is enameled with bright colors and reflects the personalities of our brands.
Felt Handbag Charms
Inspired by classic James Avery designs, these fabric charms have been reimagined by artisans from Mexico. They are hand-embroidered and add a pop of vibrant color to your bag or keys.

We are limiting the number of stores that will carry these handbags because each collaboration Consuela handbag, jewelry keeper and handbag charm is crafted by artisans in workshops in Mexico, making each piece unique to our collaboration with limited production. These collaboration products will also be available on JamesAvery.com with free standard shipping.

How should I clean and care for my handbag?
Avery Consuela Cloth – Fabric is wipeable – we recommend using dish soap and a soft cloth.
Emery - Wipeable with dish soap and microfiber cloth.
Diamond & Tommy - We recommend spot cleaning with dish soap and a soft cloth. It's important to not use solvents, alcohol or acetone-based cleaners.
Indy – We recommend spot cleaning with a lite rub of a magic eraser.

Will James Avery honor their warranty claim on Consuela handbags purchased at James Avery?
Yes. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and jewelry keepers. Bring your receipt and damaged handbag or jewelry keeper to your nearest store. We will replace the handbag if inventory is in stock. If not, we’ll provide a James Avery gift card for the full amount of the handbag to be used in any James Avery store or at JamesAvery.com.

If I purchased a Consuela design through James Avery, can I return it?
Yes, you may return or exchange your item(s) in new, unused and unaltered condition—with proof of purchase—within 365 days to any of our James Avery store locations. Or you may return your item(s) by mail using our free returns shipping label. For more information see our Return Policy. Please note: James Avery is only able to accept Consuela items that are part of our official collaboration, so we are unable to accept Consuela items outside of that selection.
