"My daughter was so excited to get her first James Avery (JA) bracelet. She chose two different charms to start off her collection… a cross and a letter L. The letter L broke off at the loop on top of the letter. Luckily she didn’t loose it. She came home so sad and showed me. She hadn’t even had it for more than two weeks when this happened. I took it back is to the JA store where we bought it and they helped me exchange the broken charm for a new one. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, it’s been a good experience. I hope it doesn’t happen anymore and that it was just a fluke."
