charm bracelet purchase
"This was my first time in James Avery...I had called to check on a bracelet and charm for my granddaughter's birthday. The staff could not been nicer. they held my order until I could get there from work, and attached the charm while I waited...This will be the first of many purchases to come...A totally enjoyable experience with the staff that was there at the time. My granddaughter could not have been happier!!"
