Not as thrilled after purchase.
"I was so excited to finally purchase this necklace but after I bought it, I was really disappointed. I waited in line for 45 minutes which I was fine with since it was right after Christmas. I got home with my purchase and the first time I tried to add a charm, the front clasp broke. Not to mention the necklace does not lay flat, like maybe it was knotted too tight? Anyway, I had to go back to the store, wait another 45 minutes to ask for a replacement. I was disappointed with the product but I must say, the store employees were very kind and attentive. My recommendation is invest your $410. 00 in something that feels and looks of a higher quality. It was a gift so I kept it."
