"The necklace is pretty, however, I notice that when the recipient wears it, she has to constantly turn it around. The clasp is heavier than the infinity symbol which causes it to turn on her neck. I am a little disappointed in the way it wears."

Tangled

"The necklace is pretty and seems to be of good quality. However, it arrived so tangled that my daughter had to set it aside until she had time to devote to untangling it. It was a gift to her, and I did not care for the packaging. It made it look like a cheap necklace from a dollar store. Also, I made a mistake when I ordered it when I put in my daughter's mailing address. Out of habit, I put in my own zip code instead of hers. It really surprised me that there was no way to edit anything about the order immediately upon making it. I called the company and they said they could not change it, either. We expected that it would be returned to the company, but somewhere along the line some observant employee discovered the mistake and corrected it, so my daughter did receive it! Miracles never cease!"
