"I started purchasing these little crosses for my 2 daughters when they were 7 and 14. They are grown now and not only donthey STILL wear their cross, I have purchased one for every granddaughter when they turn 3. So far, I have purchased 7 of these little jewels and have a new granddaughter, so will be getting another soon. They are sturdy and understated. The girls NEVER take them off. I do have to say however, I recently needed to replace a chain that the youngest broke while playing softball, and for some reason, I could purchase the cross and chain cheaper than I could just replace a chain. I found that odd, but I didn't have to pay full price and it is such a tradition, I couldn't let the 6 year old leave without her necklace. . . she was heartbroken that her chain broke. It is a great product."
