James Avery Artisan Jewelry Opens First Florida Store in Sarasota
Texas-based jewelry brand brings its signature charms, quality and in-store experience to University Town Center

James Avery Artisan Jewelry, the beloved family-owned jewelry retailer based in the Texas, will open its first Florida store on Friday, July 31, at University Town Center in Sarasota. Known for its vertically integrated approach, each design begins in the Texas Hill Country, and more than 90 percent of its jewelry is crafted in Texas by skilled artisans using materials sourced worldwide.
The new Sarasota store marks a major milestone for the Texas-based brand as it expands into Florida and brings a full James Avery shopping experience to more guests. From its Texas workshops to its stores, James Avery is closely connected to the making of its jewelry, with teams who help carry each piece from initial design through production, finishing and then to the guest. Located in one of the Gulf Coast’s premier shopping destinations, the store will offer a wide assortment of sterling silver, 14K gold, gemstone and seasonal designs, including customer-favorite charms, personalized gifts, pieces for everyday wear and options for engraving and personalization.
With its mix of local shoppers, visitors and growing communities along the Gulf Coast, Sarasota is an exciting next step for James Avery. The University Town Center location gives new and longtime guests a convenient place to shop the brand’s latest designs, create a personalized gift or start a charm bracelet of their own.

In time for summer shopping and gifting, the brand’s Sarasota outpost will showcase James Avery’s new summer designs, including colorful enamel styles, coastal-inspired pieces, customer-favorite charms and jewelry made for warm-weather moments, travel, celebrations and everyday wear.

In celebration of the opening, guests are invited to visit the new store beginning Friday, July 31. On Saturday, Aug. 15, the brand will host a grand opening event where the first 100 customers will receive a free gift with purchase, and guests can enter for a chance to win one of many gift cards, up to $500 value.
