New location at The Village at Gateway introduces the brand’s new store design to Dallas-Fort Worth guests

James Avery Artisan Jewelry, the beloved family-owned jewelry retailer based in the Texas Hill Country, will open a new store on Friday, July 24 at The Village at Gateway in Forney. The location marks the first James Avery location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to feature the brand’s new store design, bringing a fresh shopping experience to North Texas guests.
Located at 11620 E US Highway 80, the store is designed to give guests a new way to explore customer-favorite charms, seasonal designs, meaningful gifts, and personalization options. The Forney location includes fixtures inspired by woodworking and craftsmanship, a thoughtful nod to founder James Avery, who was a woodworker. The result is an inviting and contemporary space designed to feel warm, easy to navigate and rooted in the brand’s Texas story.
The new design reflects a “Modern Hill Country” feel through natural materials, including real stone, wood, limestone-inspired textures and handmade tiles, paired with a fresh, airy and neutral palette that keeps the focus on the jewelry. Guests will notice a more open sales floor, product displayed along the walls for easier browsing and large-format digital screens.

As part of The Village at Gateway, the new store offers convenient access for Forney residents and nearby communities, creating a new destination for guests to shop James Avery’s latest designs, find personalized gifts or customize pieces for the people and moments that matter most.
In time for summer shopping and travel, the Forney store will showcase James Avery’s new summer designs,featuring colorful styles, charm designs and easy-to-wear jewelry made for warm weather, parties and everyday wear. Guests can also shop during James Avery’s annual Charm Event, a seasonal tradition that invites guests to build, personalize and add to their charm bracelets with pieces that reflect the people, places and memories they love most.
Founded in 1954 in the Texas Hill Country, James Avery has served generations of guests through jewelry designed to reflect personal stories, milestones, family and tradition. The Forney store brings that same guest-focused experience to more North Texas shoppers, with a new design that reflects the brand’s heritage while creating a warm, easy-to-navigate space for today’s guests.
In celebration of the opening, guests are invited to visit the new store beginning Friday, July 24. Grand opening celebrations will be on Saturday, August 1, and the first 100 customers will receive a free gift with purchase. Guests can also enter for a chance to win up to a $500 gift card.
