James Avery at Cielo Vista Mall

"I love the quality of James Avery! Been a client for over 12 years. What I appreciate more is if one of the items you purchased with engraving already, and it fades you can replace the item at half price based on the cost at the time. Thank you ladies at the Cielo Vista Mall James Avery. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable."

"Love my charm bracelet and charms. This one is a special momento with a perfect sentiment. My late husband had a list of charms to give me and this was on it, so I gifted it to myself."

Maid of Honor gift

"Gave this to my Daughter as her "Maid of Honor" gift for standing in my Wedding since this is a phrase that we have always told each other. She loves her James Avery charm bracelet, so this was the perfect gift to join her many other James Avery charms. She LOVED it!"

Beautifully done.

"My bracelet was an awesome gift from my son in honor of my granddaughter and now grandson. I cherish the memories that I have of them and I have appreciated the quality of their gifts. I have had my bracelet for many years and I always get attentive service for repairs. The “Love you more” charm wore thin and I had it replaced the same day, along with a new bracelet. Friendly service and prompt repairs. Great job 👏!"

This was so perfect for

"This was so perfect for the occasion we were celebrating!"

— TAMMIE M. (5/5)

Terrible piece of jewelry and horrible engraving job. Can't even be read without a magnifying glass.

"Extremely disappointed. You can hardly read the writing on the charm. I paid a lot additional to have the back engraved and the engraving was so small that you can't read it at all. You actually have to have a magnifying glass to read it. It was a special gift for my granddaughter, and we were all so devasted when we saw the engraving. I definitely wanted to return it because it was a huge waste of money. I am telling everyone I know about what a terrible job James Avery did."

— CHERYL R. (5/5)
