Love it and have worn it almost daily for over 5 years!
I like this chain even more than I expected. I switch out charms on it often and wear it almost daily. I love the 18" length as it shows with an open neckline and is long enough to hang just below a crew-neck shirt. I have had many of my Avery pieces for over 40 years and am just thrilled with the quality, unique designs, and sentimental meaning.
At this point I’m wondering whether or not I should buy a subscription for these chains because mine has broken again for the second time. It’s ridiculous to spend the amount of money I did for this James Avery chain and charm for it to just break so easily. The necklace got caught on a loose thread on my shirt and snapped with ease as I tried to detach it. I’m not a normal customer who will brush this off and I am going to let everyone I know for the foreseeable future about flimsy/poor quality James Avery products. Now my charm that my mother paid a lot of money for is missing because it fell off of the broken chain. It was very sentimental to me since I received it as a gift from her. I really don’t want to go buy another chain again and now another charm. Really unsatisfied customer here and not sure if I will return for more jewelry unless James Avery does something about this. My attached image below is of course of only the broken chain since my charm is now missing.
