My favorite cross pendant.
I grew up in Texas and I got my first cross from a James Avery store at 10 years old. I'm 55 years old now and I am so happy to have reconnected with my absolute choice for cross' for men and women. But this nail cross is beautiful and powerful. I wear this cross on a military beaded necklace. Unbelievable and affordable.
I bought this classic looking cross a year ago for my best friend as an Easter gift and he absolutely enjoys wearing it under his law enforcement uniform. God will protect him as he serves and protects our community.
I bought this for myself after completing a clinical rotation in Texas over six years ago. It is constantly around my neck and provides me a reminder of why I am grounded especially during stressful times. Despite repeated rubbing over the years, it remains in excellent condition. I have received many compliments on its design and multiple inquiries on where it was purchased.
This is one of James Avery's classic designs that has been around for a very long time. I've had one of these since I was in 9th grade. Although I no longer wear anything around my neck, I wore this cross on a daily basis for 30+ years as a statement of my faith. Meaningful and masculine--aside from my late father's class ring, this is my most cherished piece of jewelry.
Great Gift for Boyfriend
I bought this cross for my boyfriend for Christmas. He'd been wanting a new cross necklace, and I thought this was a beautiful, very real display of our faith. He loves it (and the chain it came on...gorgeous) and he wears it with his dog tags almost every day. I'm going to buy the smaller 1" cross for me, so when he's deployed we'll both have something to look at and know that we're part of a much bigger plan.
I remember being 13 years old, and receiving this as a gift from my mother. She thought I needed a cross to wear, and 7 years later I still wear it all the time. It's a great gift for a guy, but it's a pure expression of faith, but it's very rugged and sturdy looking. It's a perfect gift for a guy, and the smaller size would be perfect for a girl or a younger man. My mother just thought I would like the bigger one more, and truth be told if I had the smaller one I doubt I would still be wearing it.
The nail cross seems to say so much about our faith. It's one of James Avery crosses that is worn by many family members. It's a beautiful cross.
