"I was dead set in getting this beautiful ring for my friends bday as an gift I went to deerbrook mall James Avery and they didnt have it in stock so i literally was almost in a panic but then my friend told ne it was a actual James Avery down the street from the mall i call they store and a beauty voice answered gave ne the great new that they had it in stock and will definitely have it on hold for me until i arrived i was greeted by the wonderful woman that absolutely made my day. She even got me to return to the same store to get my new bracelet and jewelry put on and cleaned. I love this store staff truly such an amazing crew. I definitely will be returning to them to buy all my new pieces for now on."
