"The charms are beautiful and the staff assisting during the purchases were top tier. At pickup, I asked the young lady if she could help me with fastener the bracelet - I’m a baker and nails are gone - she looked at me and told me to pull the clasp back, I fidgeted I got it fastened. Yes, I was put off by her remark. She had very long nails and I assume she didn’t want to damage them. Her service was not top-tier like the other staff’s."
