"The staff at the Southlake location are beyond wonderful. I have shopped for years at this location, never ever had issues! They always go above and beyond! This time they helped me with my granddaughters charm bracelet, I brought it back with me from Florida, I took her a couple of charms from here when I flew to FL for her birthday. As we knew there was only a Dillards kiosk in the Jacksonville area. The sales ladies were no help at all. I called the SL store while I was in FL, and was told, bring it all back and they would take care of putting all of the charms on, including 2 more that I purchased once I was home in SL, then they shipped it back to my granddaughter in FL. She had it within that week! WOW! Thank you for being such a wonderful company and having such faithful employees! Continued blessings upon you ALL! Brenda"
