Above and Beyond!

"Not that I expected anything less than excellent work from James Avery, but this time they went above and beyond to make this a perfect pendant for me. I wear the James Avery leather cord everyday with a different James Avery pendant. Originally, years ago, I had the in-house jewelry put a smaller attachment ring on the end to best accommodate whatever size pendant piece I chose to slide on. I even adapted some of their keychains to wear as pendants. When I saw "Mother's Love" I had to buy it but in order for it to fit on my leather cord, the back loop needed to be a bit bigger. They said, "No problem, we'll make it work. " They sent it to the main shop in Kerrville, while I flew back to Seattle. My pendant arrived and it slid on perfectly. Thank you, again, James Avery team for helping me enjoy a beautiful piece of Texas up here in Seattle!"
