This was a gift for my birthday and I absolutely Love it. Very pretty in gold. I own in silver but now adding to my gold charm bracelet collection. I get many compliments on it. I'd love to see more Texas items in Gold. (Boots, Hat) Thank you James !!

I live in Houston and had been wanting this charm for a while. After Hurricane Harvey hit us, I just had to get this charm since the profits were going to the hurricane relief. I got to get the charm I had been wanting and donate money at the same time! Now it's a reminder that we survived one of the worst hurricanes in history and that I live in the best state ever! I've had my eyes on this for the longest time! I've been living in Texas for 12 years now, but plan on moving out of TX, next year in (2015), and I wanted to get myself something as a reminder of Texas. This is an absolutely beautiful piece of jewelry! Big enough to be used as a Necklace and it has a beautiful shape of Texas. If you're thinking of buying this, DO IT! You will NOT regret it! I asked for this charm as a Christmas present from my parents and have nothing but great things to say about it! The charm is large enough to wear by itself as a pendant on a necklace (what I do) but I can also see it going nicely on a charm bracelet. I'm a Texas girl who goes to school in North Carolina so it's nice to have a reminder of the place that has all the people I love! I get a ton of compliments off of this charm and people definitely know which state has my heart.

Being a Texan, with a Texas themed necklace, this was fitting. Although I did buy it for my bracelet, which also has Texas charms on it.
This charm is almost an inch in size and to me it's unique.
Many of James Avery's charms have sentimental meaning behind them to the wearer. This one is not any different.
For me, many important and life changing events have happened, "Deep in the Heart of Texas." Wht happens here, stays here...and in my heart.

My family is originally from Texas, and it still holds a piece of our heart. I thought this charm was such a great value at $25, so I bought it for one of my mother's Christmas presents. I am pretty picky about jewelry, but when I opened it in the mail, it was gorgeous and very sturdy. My birthday is next month, and this is definitely on my list! :) You will not be disappointed!
