James Avery Artisan Jewelry Opens First Tennessee Store at West Town Mall

KERRVILLE, TEXAS – James Avery Artisan Jewelry, a family-owned retailer that designs and crafts 90% of its jewelry in Texas, has expanded into Tennessee with the opening of a new store at West Town Mall in Knoxville. This new location marks the expansion of the company into six states bringing the total number of stores to 135.

Founded in 1954 in the Texas Hill Country, James Avery has helped generations celebrate life’s special moments through finely crafted jewelry in sterling silver and 14K gold. With more than 600 charm designs, each piece is Crafted with Heart™ to reflect the stories, milestones and values of its wearers.

The new Knoxville store opened just in time to introduce the community to James Avery’s signature annual Charm Event. During which, customers receive a free charm holder (up to a $79 value) with the purchase of two charms. The Charm Event is a beloved tradition for James Avery customers, offering the perfect opportunity to begin or add to their charm collection. The event runs July 7 through Aug. 4.

The new location has already generated excitement in the local community. Instagram influencers, including Katie Clark (@kgbates2000), Heather Coates (@heatherpoppie) and Todd Kelly Jr. (@toddkellyjr), visited the store for a special preview to begin their charm collections. They provided their followers with an exclusive first look at the space and the personalized experience that characterizes James Avery.

The store is officially open and ready to welcome customers at 7600 Kingston Pike, Suite 1142, Knoxville, TN 37919, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The store will be open on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Drawing Details Odds of odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Thirty James Avery gift cards will be awarded: twenty-four $50 gift cards, three $100 gift cards and three $500 gift cards. Entries accepted Saturday, June 28, 2025 thru Saturday, July 12, 2025. No purchase necessary. Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Winners will be randomly drawn after assigning sequential numbers, beginning with one (1), to each eligible entry form and ending with the highest number corresponding to the total number of all entries received during the eligible dates. Then a random drawing of one (1) number for each corresponding prize will be conducted on Monday, July 14, 2025. Winners will be contacted no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025 via text message.
