love this charm
I have had this charm for a while & it is one of my favorites. Reminds me of all the times we would play with my Granny.
I bought this charm a few months ago and last week it broke. The “LY” broke off. I’m not rough with my bracelet, I don’t even wear it everyday. I took it to JA with the hope that they could either fix it or replace it, something....anything. I was told I would have to buy another one. I was disappointed that nothing else could be done. Maybe it was the store and/or salesperson who helped me but I was not happy that I would have to purchase another one when I didn’t even have the charm that long. I know it’s a thin stack charm but with the amount of charms I’ve purchased I just wish they could have worked with me (I’m in my second charm bracelet due to misplacing the first one that was almost full).
Before it broke it was one of my favorite cherished charm.

I ordered this for my Mother's Birthday!! She is going to cry happy tears! It's a Family Tradition that my mom, sister and I play Scrabble Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! All 3 of us have James Avery charm bracelets that we wear on special occasions so this gift couldn't be any more perfect!!! Thank you so much for making this perfect charm!! Yay!!
